DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
OUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days (including weekends and holidays) to cancel or exchange the product. This is a right that is in article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code.
- The exchange or return of your product will only be carried out if everything is right, such as: the product in the original packaging, without signs of misuse, such as scratches and marks of falls.
- If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use another one, as long as it is properly sealed so that no damage occurs (we recommend bubble wrap sealed with tape).
- Once the product is packed, send us an email informing. Collection/posting times may vary depending on your region. After collection/postage, the product will be returned to Alquimista da Caatinga, where a team will carry out a screening. This analysis has a period of 10 working days.
- The product will be analyzed and if it does not comply with the rules mentioned above, it can be returned without prior notice.
- If you requested the exchange for the same product, the new item will be sent to your address and you will receive emails with the step by step of your exchange.

If the package is still in our physical space, the cancellation will occur immediately.
If the package has already been shipped and is no longer in our physical space, the cancellation will occur after the customer refuses to receive the package and it returns to our headquarters.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECTS / DAMAGE - ARTICLE 26 OF THE CDC
Reports about defective products must be made within 90 consecutive days, if they are durable goods (for example, refrigerator and air conditioning), and 30 calendar days, if they are non-durable goods (for example, food and beverages).

PAYMENT REVERSALS
Orders paid via bank slip: we will make it within 5 business days via deposit into an account in the name of the order holder, not being possible to pay in another account.
Orders paid via credit card: the amount will be refunded on the credit card used for payment and it may take up to 30 days to appear on the invoice due to the delays and deadlines of credit operators. It will not be possible to refund the amount as a credit to the current account.
How to make your exchange/return:
Alquimista da Caatinga, aiming for your total satisfaction when making purchases in our e-commerce, created an Exchange, Returns and Reimbursement Policy, based on the Consumer Defense Code and your needs as a customer.
First of all, it is important to point out that you must refuse to receive your product if it meets the following conditions:
- With the packaging violated
- Showing malfunctions
- Not consistent with the order placed
Deadlines for Exchanges or Returns: 07 calendar days from receipt of order. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.
For this exchange to take place, it is imperative that the product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage, accompanied by an invoice.
Respecting the guidelines, we will make the exchange, or return the amount applied as soon as possible, considering that the legal deadlines will be the maximum limit.
Deadline for exchanges:
The deadline for Exchanges due to defects is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
1) To request a product exchange, send an e-mail to comercial@dacaatinga.com.br, informing the order number and the reason for the exchange.
2) The store will send the postage code for reverse logistics to be carried out.
As soon as the piece returns to the store, it will be analyzed by the quality control team. If there is no impediment, the exchange or refund of your money will be carried out.
Reviewing the returned product may take up to 10 business days.
What do you need to know:
1) If the product does not comply with the conditions listed in this Exchange and Return Policy, the store will return it to the consumer and will not make the exchange;
2) Products sent to the store without going through the steps listed in this Policy will be returned to the consumer, and the Store is not responsible for these products;
3) The Store disclaims the responsibility for exchanges or returns if the consumer changes the original conditions of the product.
4) The consumer will bear the shipping costs if he decides to make a second exchange of the product.
